Terms of service

1. About the service

Application OS is operated under the business name Jobseek.ai (we, us). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. Contact us at applicationos.ai@gmail.com.

Application OS provides a resume editor, keyword matching, guided cover-letter tools, interview preparation and an application tracker. AI drafting is not currently included. Keyword coverage is a text comparison, not an ATS score or an assessment of your eligibility. We do not promise interviews, job offers or employment outcomes.

2. Your account and content

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. You retain ownership of the material you add. You give us permission to process it to operate the service, save your workspace and provide exports.

Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, misuse other people’s personal information, misrepresent your experience, attack the service, or access another person’s account.

3. Membership and billing

Creating an account is free. Paid workspace membership costs S$9.99 per month in Singapore dollars and renews automatically until cancelled. Any applicable taxes and the final recurring amount are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other charges.

Paid access begins after a successful payment. A failed or overdue payment may suspend access until payment succeeds. The account page shows your current membership status. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Use Your account → Manage billing and cancellation to cancel renewal. You keep access through the paid period unless a payment is fully refunded or disputed. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.

Your first subscription payment is eligible for a full refund when you contact us within seven days. Renewals are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Read our refund policy for the request process. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Availability and saved work

We may update the service and perform maintenance. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep an exported copy of important material. You can export your saved workspace from your account after a membership ends. Account deletion is separate from cancellation and can be requested through support.

6. Responsibility and changes

You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of your applications before sending them. We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend access to address fraud, security risks or material misuse. If we make material changes to these terms or the service, we will give reasonable notice through the website or your account email. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can work to resolve it.
