Who handles your information

Application OS is operated under the name Jobseek.ai. Contact applicationos.ai@gmail.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawal, or account deletion.

Information we use

• Account information: your email, authentication records and account identifiers.
• Workspace content you choose to enter: resume details, employment and education history, job descriptions, applications, notes, cover letters and interview preparation.
• Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and paid access dates. Stripe handles card details; Application OS does not store full card numbers.
• Technical information used to run and protect the service, such as requests, error logs, timestamps and network/device information processed by our hosting and authentication providers.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save and export your work, manage membership, send account emails, respond to requests, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Resume content is not sent to an AI drafting service: AI drafting is currently disabled. We do not sell your personal information or use your workspace for targeted advertising.

Service providers and international processing

Our providers include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (account emails). They receive the information needed for their respective services. The Supabase database is hosted in Tokyo, Japan; other providers may process information in additional countries under their service and data-protection terms. Support correspondence is processed by our email provider.

Cookies and browser storage

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. Stripe may use cookies and device information on its checkout and billing pages for payment functionality and fraud prevention. Application OS does not currently run advertising trackers or optional marketing analytics.

Retention and deletion

Your saved workspace remains available for export after cancellation. Cancelling membership does not delete your account or content. To delete your account and workspace, contact support from your account email. We may verify ownership before acting. Information needed for billing, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations may be retained as required; provider backups and logs follow their retention cycles.

Your choices and rights

You can edit workspace information, export your saved work, and request access, correction or deletion through support. You can also withdraw consent where applicable; this may mean we can no longer provide features that depend on that information. We will explain applicable requirements or exceptions when responding. You may raise a concern with the relevant privacy authority, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

Please avoid including sensitive information or other people’s personal data unless necessary and you have the right to share it. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.
