Email applicationos.ai@gmail.com. Include your account email, a short description of the issue and any relevant receipt reference. Never send passwords, one-time sign-in links or full card details. Replies are sent by email.

Having trouble signing in?

Use password recovery and open the latest email. The confirmation can be completed on another device. If an email cooldown is shown, wait for the displayed countdown before requesting another link. Check spam or junk folders as well.

Manage your membership

Open Your account to see payment status, download invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal through Stripe. Our refund policy explains the seven-day first-payment refund window.

Export or delete your information

Use Export workspace on your account page to download your saved work, including after cancellation. Email support to request account deletion, a correction or help accessing your information. We may verify account ownership before making changes.
