Refunds & cancellation

Your first payment

You can request a full refund of your first Application OS subscription payment within seven days of that payment. Email applicationos.ai@gmail.com from the address on your account and include the payment date or receipt reference. You do not need to send card numbers or passwords.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed payment. Contact support about duplicate charges, billing mistakes or other payment problems.

How to cancel

Go to Your account and choose Manage billing and cancellation, then cancel your subscription in Stripe. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

When a refund is issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank determine when the credit appears. A full refund ends paid access for that subscription; future renewal will also be cancelled. Your account and saved workspace are not automatically deleted, and you can still export your work.

This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
